Chair of the Committee on Ethics

Tala Khalifeh, CMA, is a financial expert and published thought leader with over a decade of experience in financial management, accounting, and auditing. She currently serves as Chair of the Committee on Ethics at the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and was honored with the IMA’s Exemplary Young Professional Award in 2023.

Tala is Chief of Staff at Staxx LLC, a U.S.-based accounting firm, and also works as a freelance fractional CFO, accountant, and auditor across Lebanon, the U.S., and the UAE. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the Lebanese American University and is a Certified Management Accountant. Her articles have been featured in Strategic Finance magazine.
