Speaker's Bio:

Gerard J. Andrews, CPFA®, CPM®

Managing Director - Wealth Management Advisor - Senior Portfolio Manager

Jerry believes in assuming direct responsibility and management of clients' money using his discretionary portfolios. He concentrates on developing strategies to help manage the financial and investment needs of individuals, public and private companies. Using his experience and knowledge, he addresses both sides of the balance sheet, liabilities and assets. He uses outside managers when appropriate. Jerry works with his clients' accountants and attorneys as requested to create a team of professionals focusing together for the client. He has been on Wall Street since 1973. He has been a business owner and a member of the board of directors of companies dealing in Foreign Exchange in the United States, England, and Germany. Originally from Staten Island, N.Y., he graduated from Msgr. Farrell H.S., earned a B.A. in Latin American Studies from Rutgers College, earned his Certified Portfolio Manager, CPM® Designation at Columbia University, and studied at UNAM in Mexico City. He and his family reside in South Orange, New Jersey and they are active in their local church and community. He is a Board member of the New York Chapter of the IMA, the Institute of Management Accountants and teaches continuing education to Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of Rutgers Alumni Association and the German American Chamber of Commerce. He created and teaches a program for new financial advisors at his branch and runs an active internship program with students from domestic and international universities. He holds Series 3, 7, 63, and 65 FINRA registrations. Jerry was recognized in: • Forbes “Best-in-State Wealth Advisors” list in 2021 & 2022 Published annually Jan – April.
